Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, please proceed to Gate 5 where our airport representative will be waiting with the LLS logo and a welcome board displaying your name.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK)
After collecting your luggage, please make your way to:
∙ Gate 5 — International flights
∙ Gate 11 — Domestic flights
Our representative will be there with the LLS logo and your name on a welcome board.

For all non-airport pickups, a waiting time of more than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge:
A 100% penalty charge applies for no-shows at both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports.
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made after this window will be subject to a full penalty charge.
